Autonomous Financial Research Analyst

An AI agent that gathers the research on a company in minutes and backs every point with a source.

01The problem

Researching one company properly takes an analyst four to six hours: prices, news, analyst reports, then a view. Most of that time is gathering, not judging. Across a watchlist of twenty names, it simply does not get done.

02What it does

You name a company. The agent collects current market data, reads recent news and judges its tone, and goes through private analyst reports. It then gives a buy, hold or sell recommendation, with every claim linked to where it came from so a person can check it.

03How it works

The agent works through the research in steps, deciding what to look up next based on what it has found so far. Web search covers the news, and the analyst reports are searched by meaning rather than keyword. The final step pulls everything into one short summary with its sources.

04What came out of it

Research that took hours now takes minutes, and it is fast enough to run across a whole watchlist. It also taught me the lesson behind Aristos Council: here the AI makes the final call, and that is the part I learned not to trust. Aristos keeps the research but moves the decision into fixed rules.
